Currently…

Currently listening: Mark Driscoll sermon on tongues and prophecy (Sesame Street in the background)

Currently eating: Baked Lays and a key lime pie Yoplait Whips

Currently reading: Unchristian by David Kinnaman and Gabe Lyons, along with Acts

Currently thinking: will I ever stop eating?… how is David’s staff meeting going?… why are my children never ever content?… why is REM on Sesame Street?… I need to order the boys’ beds… I need to clean the living room… why will my new bread machine make any bread but whole wheat?

Currently smelling: fingerpaint

Currently craving: water (that’s a first), pizza (which isn’t gonna happen), a huge chocolate bar (again- not gonna happen), yummy Italian roast and garlic/herb mashed taters (yay- that’s for dinner!)

Currently needing: grace (aren’t we all?) and a good midwife

Currently awaiting: my new maternity clothes (all of which I am sure will have to be exchanged because I probably ordered the wrong size) and The Business of Being Born

    Mandy,
    Do you do a high altitude adjustment on your recipes? It helps.
    Here is a great pizza dough recipe: I made it so much and let the kids roll out and “decorate” their own. I also put finely, finely chopped veggies in the sauce when they were young.

    In this order, put ingrediants in machine:
    1 pack of yeast (or 1 TBLspn)
    2.5 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 cup warm water (80% ish)
    2 TBLspn. olive oil

    Put on dough cycle.
    Roll out, top with veggies and low fat meat (hee hee…I’m being silly here) bake at 400 till done and EAT!! (top with mustard and ketchup and then hamburger meat/cheese etc. for a great flat burger pizza.)
